Ruben is currently completing a MSc Brain & Cognition in Society at the University of Amsterdam (GPA: 9.0). He is a tech-optimist who believes technology and Artificial Intelligence can change society for the better — but only if we are deliberate about how we interact with it.
He has engineered an AI research agent for a prominent Dutch Research Agency and developed a new digital learning environment for a Dutch primary education institution. Both projects were awarded a 10 by the University of Amsterdam.
Simultaneously, Ruben has been advocating for responsible AI — this has resulted in an essay in Dutch national newspaper Het Parool, guest lectures at Dutch universities, and keynotes for companies and entrepreneurs.
This obsession resulted in Mindr-ai: the first European, enterprise-grade adaptive cognitive engine that utilizes Socratic AI tooling.

Edgar is founder and partner of Team Millers, an independent strategy boutique helping clients leverage their brand, customer, CX, and marketing growth potential. Team Millers is part of Anew — a collective of independent senior consultants with a Big4 background.
Edgar was senior partner at KPMG from 2019 until 2026, leading the Customer & Brand Strategy practice as part of the Digital Strategy Group. Prior to that he served as CEO at Ogilvy, Deputy Managing Director at JWT, Founder of his own independent agency, Managing Director at Publicis, and began his career at the DDB Group.
Alongside his role as investor, Edgar acts as Chief Commercial Officer for Mindr-ai — bringing decades of senior corporate experience and a deep understanding of what it takes to drive efficiency and performance at scale.
